Congratulations on finding a love you want to celebrate.
When you're ready we can arrange to meet to get to know one another a little and so I can hear about your plans for your wedding day and your vision for your ceremony, and for you decide if you think we're a good fit.
If you choose to work with me I'd give you a list of questions to take home and return later which I will use to write your love story and which will guide me in creating the tone you want for the ceremony. We would work together to create a unique ceremony which celebrates your relationship and honors your background and religious beliefs. I work to weave together your story and any rituals or elements you desire or to suggest rituals or elements if you are looking for ideas
Erin and Micha were simply fun to work with, and their lighthearted ceremony on the top floor of the Central Library was a great reflection both of their inclination to be bookish and their joyful easy smiles.
I had the absoulte honor of performing not one but two wedding ceremonies for Megan and Deko. They were married once in a small ceremony during the height of Covid, and again later in a glorious large celebration. I wish I could marry every couple twice.
Were married in a ceremony which folded in elements both ancient and modern. They really allowed for the full weight of grandeur and truth of both commitment and celebration.
Vishala and Christopher were married in the very lovely Gates of Heaven building on a fresh early spring day. Working closely together we created a ceremony which combined the most meaningful Hindu and Christian wedding rituals of their backgrounds. Christopher said "Thank you again for performing a beautiful ceremony for Vishala and I. Your presence was so stabilizing and so appreciated. We really couldn't have asked for a better celebrant."
Ellie and Ty were married in a warm, private ceremony with just their closest family in attendance (in one of my favorite buildings- The Capitol). Ellie said "We were extremely happy with Leslie's professionalism and caring spirit. She walked us through every step, allowing us to relax and enjoy the experience."

Nick and Julie were married at a vineyard alongside a handsome 128 year old barn. Their ceremony was as full of character and rich in narrative as the surroundings they chose for their day. Julie said "Leslie made our ceremony absolutely perfect. Numerous people have told us that it was the best wedding they've been to and that it was so "us."
Tess and Dave were married looking over beautiful Lake Monona. It was clear working with them that they were marrying their best friend. I truly enjoyed creating a ceremony in which they could express their level of emotional intelligence and commitment to one another. Tess said "We can't say enough good things about our wedding ceremony. We knew that we wanted something that was true to us as a couple yet still feel comfortable and traditional to our guests. We loved how personalized it was"
Jenna and Tony were married in a wing of the Overture Center as light and airy as an indoor ceremony could possibly be. They were a joy to work with and together we created a ceremony which was honest, beautiful, and was fun to have the honor of preforming.
Joe and Cindy exchanged vows in a personal and
joyful ceremony which combined their Sufi Islamic and Mexican Catholic heritages and beliefs. Joe said "we were extremely pleased with the ceremony and appreciate all [of Leslie's] time and efforts in making it work."

Laura and Willy's ceremony, under an amazing centurion catalpa tree, was a celebration of love and family. Laura said "Leslie met with us early on and was open and accepting to helping us create what we had envisioned... she was able to take our thoughts and ramblings and turn it into something more incredible than I could have imagined."

Megan and Stanley were married in a lovely renovated barn on a beautiful fall day. Their ceremony featured a powerful and touching duet they wrote and sang together. Megan said "Leslie did an amazing job officiating our wedding. She helped us plan the perfect ceremony for us, and her calming presence was very welcome on a hectic day."
